中国高新技术产业发展的历史演进、问题及对策

Study on the problems,policies and Historical evolution of the high-tech industry development in China

为了深入考察中国高新技术产业发展的情况,以回顾高新技术产业发展的历程为起点,剖析了高新技术产业发展的历史演进及存在的问题,分析结果发现:中国高新技术产业内部发展不均衡,区域发展不平衡等问题较为突出。基于此,提出了相关政策建议。

To further investigate the development of Chinese high--tech industry, firstly, Analysis of Historical evolution and problems of the high--tech industry development on the basis of reviewing the course of the develop- ment of high--tech industry. The results found that the development of Chinese high--tech industry is not balanced internal and other issues what an example to the Unbalanced regional development are more prominent. Authors propose recommendations relating to policy to solve these situation.
