The Study on the Evolution Mechanism for Strategic Emerging Industries:A Perspective of Synergistic Innovation of Technology and Institution

基于技术与制度协同创新视角,在新熊彼特理论框架下,剖析战略性新兴产业技术、资本和人才等技术创新要素以及企业、金融和公共部门等制度创新主体,根据技术创新要素与制度创新主体之间的互动关系构建战略性新兴产业技术与制度协同创新框架。在此基础上,结合战略性新兴产业生命周期,阐释技术与制度协同创新的战略性新兴产业演化机理。

Based on the perspective of synergistic innovation of technology and institution, this paper analyses technological innovation factors including technology, capital and human resource and institution innovation subjects including enterprises, financial sector and public sector of strategic emerging industries under the framework of Neo --Schumpeterian theory. Then according to the interactive relationship among technological innovation factors and institution innovation subjects, construct the synergistic innovation framework of technology and institution of stra- tegic emerging industries. Furthermore, combining with the industry life cycle of strategic emerging industries, il- lustrate the evolution mechanism of strategic emerging industries based on synergistic innovation of technology and institution.
