北京农科院科技创新条件平台作为重要的自主创新基地,汇集了多个不同级别重点实验室与工程技术研究中心。总结了"十二五"期间科技创新条件平台建设在科技创新与科技服务方面的建设成效,从创新布局、资源共享、稳定支持、绩效考评、人才培养、创新环境等方面系统总结了建设经验,为其他科研院所推动科技创新条件平台建设提供参考。

The science and technology innovation condition platform in Beijing Academy of Agriculture and For- estry Sciences is a very important independent innovation base, including many kinds of key laboratories and engi- neering and technology research centers. The study summarized the achievements of the science and technology in- novation condition platform in technological innovation and service during the period of 12th Five Year Plan, which has summarized the experience of the construction from the perspectives of innovative layout, sharing resources, steady support, performance evaluation, talent cultivation and innovation environment. It can be a good example for promoting the construction of the science and technology innovation condition platform in other research institute.
