摘要
在知识经济和互联网络时代,越来越多的企业采取了虚拟企业这一新型组织形式。同时,知识管理也成为众多企业家关注的热点,影响虚拟企业知识管理水平的因素也逐渐被学者们关注研究。虚拟企业和知识管理之间众多的契合点使两者之间有良好的适应性。企业知识管理的前提是绩效评估,其在虚拟企业知识管理中有着举足轻重的作用。本研究综述了虚拟企业知识管理能力的研究现状,探讨了目前存在的问题以及可能解决的对策,并提出更加完善的创新绩效评价方法,为以后的研究奠定了一定的基础,对虚拟企业知识管理能力的提高以及评价起到了一定的指导意义。
