自主研发与技术引进:决定因素与动态关联性研究——基于技术能力的视角

Innovation or Technology Importing:Diterminants and Interactive Effect based on Technical capability

基于面板数据,对影响我国大中型企业自主研发与技术引进决策选择因素及其动态关联性进行了研究。结果发现:企业科技人力资源和研发机构建设能力、国际市场竞争与需求变化对企业自主创新战略选择有显著影响;技术引进对自主研发具有滞后作用,两者最优滞后期是3;技术引进和自主研发之间有单向因果关系,但是不存在长期的稳定关系。

Based on the panel data, this paper analyzes relationship between our country self--dependent innova- tion and technology importing. The results shows that firms with higher technical capability tend to appreciate self --dependent R＆D, the lower the technical capability of firms, the more likely the firms tend for technology imporring. R＆D investment and technology ,importing have certain positive correlation;Technology importing has a lag effect on self--dependent innovation, and there is only unidirectional causality between R＆D investment and tech- nology introduction instead of two. way causality.
