膀胱转移癌的聚焦超声治疗

HIFU Therapy for Metastatic Carcinoma of Bladder

目的:研究HIFU治疗膀胱转移癌的技术特点,分析其治疗的安全性与有效性。材料与方法:对3例膀胱转移癌患者行HIFU治疗;超声检查观察膀胱转移癌大小的改变;观察患者排尿困难、尿急、尿频、尿痛、肉眼血尿等临床症状的改变和超声影像观察子宫肌瘤大小的改变。结果:3例膀胱转移癌治疗后25±5d超声影像复查,肿瘤超声回声增强,大小均无明显改变。60±5d超声影像复查,2例大小无明显改变,1例略有缩小,较原瘤体直径缩小约5%。治疗后60±5d临床症状观察,1例尿痛与1例有尿急的患者临床症状缓解;2例排尿困难的患者1例临床症状缓解,1例完全缓解;3例尿频的患者,2例症状缓解;3例有肉眼血尿的患者,已无明显肉眼血尿。结论:HIFU治疗安全可靠,能有效地提高患者的生存质量,特别是对一些化疗不能起作用的肿瘤细胞或对于一些体质虚弱不适宜进行手术与化疗的患者,HIFU能为他们提供重要的治疗帮助。

Purpose： to technical features of HIFU therapy for metastatic carcinoma of bladder, and to analyze the therapeutic effectiveness and safety. Materials and Methods： In 3 cases of metastatic carcinoma of bladder undergoing HIFU treatment. By ultrasound examination to observe the changing of lesion size. Also observe the changes with dysuria, urgency, frequent urination, dysuria, hematuria and other clinical symptoms and ultrasound imaging of uterine leiomyoma size change. Results： 3 Cases of bladd6f cancer after the treatment of 2± 5D ultrasound examination, ultrasonic echo of tumor enhance- ment, there was no obvious change in size. 60 ± 5D ultrasound examination, 2 cases had no obvious change in size; lcase slightly smaller than the original, the tumor diameter is approximately 5% smaller. Observation of 60 ±5D clinical symptoms after treatment. 1 cases of dysuria and 1 cases of urgency patients with remission ; 2 cases of dysuria in 1 cases with remission, 1 cases disappeared ; in 3 patients with frequent micturition, 2 cases of remission of symptoms ; 3 hematuria patients has no ob- vious hematuria. Conclusion ： HIFU treatment is safe and reliable, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, especially for some have no affect by chemotherapy or for some weak constitution is not suitable for operation or chemotherapy patients, HIFU treament can provide important help for them.
