超声测量胎儿三项及五项生物学指标预测出生体重的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨超声测量胎儿三项及五项生物学指标预测出生体重的临床价值。材料与方法:随机选择2014年1月至2014年12月期间临产在我院进行超声检查,并于检查后72小时内在本院分娩的单胎或双胎健康孕妇500例,测量同一胎儿双顶径(BPD)、腹围(AC)、股骨(FL)三项与测量双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨(FL)、肱骨(HL)五项生物指标分别预测出生体重,对二种方法所测得的体重分别与出生体重对比,比较两种测量方法的准确性。结果:超声测量三项指标均与出生后测量结果相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);超声测量五项指标与出生后测量结果相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);超声测量三项预测结果、五项预测结果与出生体重的平均误差比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),超声三项测量预测结果结果明显优于超声五项测量预测结果;体重≥4000g胎儿腹围及股骨测量结果均明显高于体重﹤4000g胎儿,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:测量三项较五项简便快捷准确,腹围及股骨长预测巨大儿准确。 Purpose: To explore the predictive value of the ultrasonic measurement of fetal birth weight three and five biological indexes. During the period from January to December of 2014, the method of random selection in Decemberlabor performed ultrasound examination in our hospital, and to check within 72 hours after the hospital singleton ortwins 500 healthy pregnant women, to measure the same fetal biparietal diameter (BPD), abdominal circumference (AC), femur (FL) three and double top diameter measurement ( BPD), headcircumference ( HC), abdominal circumference ( AC), femur, humerus (FL) (HL) of five biological indexes are predicted to birth weight, measured by the two methods were compared weight and birth weight, comparing the accuracy of two methods for measurement. Materials and Methods: Ultrasound measurement three measurement indexes and postnatal measurement results are compared, the differences were not statistically significant( P 〉 0.05 ) ; uhrasonicmeasurement five measurementindexes and postnatal measurement results are compared, the differences were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; compare the average ultrasonic measurement error forecasting results, three the five prediction results with birth weight, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ultrasound, three items of meas- urement result is obviously better than ultrasound five measurement results ; measuring results weight more than 4000g of fetal abdominal circumference and femur were significantly higher than that of fetal weight is less than 4000g, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: Measurement of three compared with five simple and quick and accurate, abdominal circumference and femur length accurately predicting macrosomia.
