DWI和胸部CT在肺良恶性病变诊断中的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:初步探讨DWI在肺部良恶性病变中的鉴别诊断价值。材料与方法:将胸部CT发现的30例肺部结节或肿块,共42个病灶做为研究对象,总结分析其DWI影像特点。结果:恶性病变DWI呈高信号,ADC呈低信号;良性病变DWI表现为稍高信号,ADC呈高或稍高信号;肺脓肿DWI表现为明显高信号,具有特异性。结论:DWI对于恶性病变的检出较为敏感,对于良性病变的检出尚有一定差距。需要与胸部CT配合检查,才能做出更为精确的诊断。
