产前超声诊断胎儿脐膨出的临床价值

Clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal omphalocele

目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿脐膨出的临床价值。方法对2011年1月～2015年1月46328孕妇,经产前超声诊断发现的37例脐膨出进行回顾性分析。结果单纯性脐膨出20例,合并其他畸形者17例。结论产前超声诊断胎儿脐膨出及其他并发畸形,直观、清晰明了,可作为产前诊断此类胎儿异常及畸形的首选方法,能提供可靠的诊断信息。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal omphalocele. Methods：For January 2011- January 2015 46 328 pregnant women,prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 37 cases of omphalocele found were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The simple omphalocele 20 cases,17 cases were associated with other malformations. Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal omphalocele and other concurrent deformities,intuitive,clear,such as prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities and malformations of the preferred method can provide reliable diagnostic information.
