摘要
社交焦虑者在加工社交信息的过程中常常会表现出认知偏差,这严重损害人们的心理功能、情绪表达和社会适应性。文章首先介绍了认知偏差的三种表现:注意偏差、解释偏差和记忆偏差;其次,具体评述了用来研究认知偏差的实验范式;然后主要介绍了注意偏向训练技术;最后指出该领域在未来的研究中需要注意的问题。
Social anxiety disorder individuals in the process of social information often shows the cognitive biases, which seriously damages to people＇s mental function, emotional expression and social adaptability. This paper introduces the three kinds of performance of cognitive bias： attentional bias, interpretation bias and memory bias; Secondly, the experimental paradigm of cognitive biases is discussed; Then it mainly introduces the technique of attention bias training; Finally, it points out that the problem should be noticed in future research.
