摘要
提出了一个新的下丘脑-胰岛轴血糖调节系统激素分泌的非线性动力学模型.该模型能够合理地描述健康人群胰岛素、胰升糖素对血糖的调节作用以及这些激素随时间演化的动力学规律.仿真模拟口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)结果表明,该模型是一个更加符合人体生理实际的血糖调节模型.
