摘要
阳极覆盖料对铝电解有十分重要的影响,起到保持电解槽能量平衡、物料平衡、保护阳极等诸多作用。覆盖料的成分、粒度、厚度、导热系数和安息角等参数决定了覆盖料的性能。本文将从这几个方面对覆盖料进行较为详细的分析,研究其各个参数对覆盖料性能的影响规律,所得出的结论将为铝电解覆盖料的现场使用提供数据支撑和理论指导。
Anode overlay has an important impact on aluminum reduction, which can keep the balance of heat and material and protect anode blocks a- gainst air oxidation. As some parameters determine the performance of anode overlay such as composition, grain size, thickness, thermal conductivity and angle of repose, the influences of various parameters on the anode overlay were studied in this paper, and the results could provide data support and theo- retical guidance for application on site.
