富钛型电炉溶分渣工艺矿物学研究

摘要 研究攀枝花地区钒钛磁铁矿经过转底炉还原-电炉溶分得到的富钛型电炉溶分渣的工艺矿物学特性。通过化学分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和电镜能谱分析等手段对富钛型电炉溶分渣的各物相进行表征。查明了富钛型电炉溶分渣的化学组成、粒度分布、物相组成、矿相嵌布特征与各有价金属的赋存状态,为富钛型电炉溶分渣的综合利用提供了参考依据。 The mineralogical features of smelting separation slag with rich titanium which was reduced by rotary hearth furnace from vanadium titanium magnetite in Panzhihua, smelted and separated by arc furnace were investigated in the paper. Phase structure of smelting separation slag with rich titanium by arc furnace was characterized by means of chemical composition analysis, XRD diffraction analysis and EDS analysis. The chemical composition, parti- cle size distribution, phase composition, mineralogical embedded character, metal deposit state were indentified, the results provide reference for compre- hensive utilization of smelting separation slag with rich titanium by arc furnace.
