摘要 目的观察社交挫败应激对小鼠探索和绝望行为的影响。方法用社会挫败应激复制、社交测试筛选抑郁小鼠,用高架十字迷宫测试评估抑郁小鼠的探索行为,用悬尾测试和强迫游泳测试评估抑郁小鼠的绝望行为表现。结果抑郁组小鼠社交指数小于对照组小鼠(P<0.01),抑郁组小鼠和对照组小鼠之间探索行为指标进行开臂时间指数和进入开臂次数指数以及绝望行为指标悬尾测试不动时间和强迫游泳测试不动时间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社交挫败应激对不同抑郁行为影响不同,引起社交障碍的社交挫败应激对小鼠的探索和绝望行为无明显影响。 Objective To observe the effects of social defeat stress on behaviors of exploration and despair. Methods The depressive mice were made by social defeat stress and screened by social interaction test.The behavior of exploration was assessed by elevated plus maze test and the behavior of despair was assessed by tail-suspension test and forced swim test.Results The social interaction index of depressive mice was less than that of control mice(P〈0.01). However,there were no statistical difference between depressive mice and control mice in the open arms time and number of open arm entries as tested by elevated plus maze, and the immobility time as tested by tail-suspension and forced swim(All P〉0.05).Conclusion Social defeat stress has differential effects on various depressive behaviors which lead to impaired social interaction behavior, but may not cause abnormality of behaviors of exploration and despair.
