等重量膝关节置换的初步研究

A preliminary study of equal weight total knee replacement

膝关节置换是目前治疗膝关节终末期骨性关节炎的主要手段。近年来,全球膝关节置换数量不断增加,有专家预测到2030年膝关节置换数量将增加673%[1]。但目前的膝关节置换均属于等体积置换,术中将股骨髁和胫骨平台截骨后,将其置换为等体积的金属假体,其中还需要骨水泥将假体和自体骨骼固定在一起。无论金属假体还是骨水泥,其密度都远远超过自体骨,因此这种等体积膝关节置换术后膝关节本身的重量会增加。

The traditional total knee replacement should be named as equal volumereplacement.The weight of the implants and bone cement is almost three times the weight of the removed bone and soft tissue. This significant difference may explain the long time of recovery after total knee repalcement,some patients have the feeling of having a heavy and easily fatigued knee when working out or swimming.Therefore,professor Yingze Zhang proposed a new concept of ＂equal weight total knee repacement＂, which means producing new implants with a weight similar to the natural knee.We think that it will help reduce the pain and easily fatigue after total knee repalcement.
