摘要
甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua Hübner)属夜蛾科(Noctuidae),是一种世界性分布的多食性害虫。近年来在我国由次要害虫上升为主要害虫,经常暴发成灾,给农业生产带来严重损失。甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus,Se NPV)能有效控制甜菜夜蛾种群数量,是有效防治甜菜夜蛾的生物制剂,具有重要的经济、生态和环保价值,应用前景广阔。本文从毒力、流行病学、分子生物学、增效剂及对甜菜夜蛾寄生蜂的影响等方面综述了甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒的研究进展。
Beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua (Htibner), belonging to Lepidoptera, Noetuide, was a worhtwide polyphagous insect pest. In recent years, it became primary insect pest in China, causing serious lost to agricultural production resulted from its frequent outbreaks. Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeNPV) had some effects on controlling S. exigua population, which showed great application potential value for economic, ecology and environment protection. This paper reviewed research progress on virulence, epidemiology, molecular biology, synergists and effects on parasitic wasp of SeNPV.
