正交试验改进银锌乳膏的处方及制备工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对银锌乳膏处方基质的调整和工艺的改进,改善乳膏基质的性状和稳定性,以适应临床需要。方法以油相基质组分比例、乳化剂的种类及用量、保湿剂的种类及用量、乳化温度作为可变因素进行考察,以基质的稳定性、外观性状作为评价指标,采用正交试验改进银锌乳膏的处方及制备工艺,并对其进行稳定性考察。结果改进后的处方为油相基质含液状石蜡160 g,硬脂酸48 g,十八醇42 g;乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯30 g,十二烷基硫酸钠6 g;保湿剂为甘油100 g,乳化温度80℃。结论改进后处方合理,制备工艺简单,稳定性良好,值得推广。 Objective To improve the matrix properties and stability of silver zinc cream by changing the prescription of the cream and innovating the process in order to meet clinical needs. Methods The variety and proportion of auxiliary materials of this cream were changed except for the main ingredients. The stability of the cream was evaluated. Results The improved prescription was that the oil phase matrix conatined 160 g of liqudi paraffin,48 g of stearic acid, and 42 g of octadecanol. The emulsifier contained 30 g of glycerol monostearate and 6 g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, while the moisturizer was 100 g of glycerin. Emulsification temperature was 80 degrees. Conclusion This improved prescription is more rational, the preparation process is simple and the quality is stable, so it is worthy of popularization.
