摘要
目的建立薜荔中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10∶90);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为280 nm。结果薜荔中儿茶素含量在10.05~90.45μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.01%。结论所建立的方法简便快速、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于薜荔中儿茶素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of catechin content in Ficus Pumila Linn. Methods Agilent C18 (4.6 mm · 250 mm,5 μm) colmnn was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphonic acid solution (10: 90) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linearity of hyperin was good within the range of 10.05 -90.45 μg·m1-1. The average recovery was 99.17% , while RSD was 1.01%. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive and easily reproducible. It can be applied to quality control in Ficus Pumila Linn.
