摘要
智库是国际传播的理论支撑和对外话语体系的基础,能够提供丰富的舆论储备并影响人们怎么想怎么说。与西方国家智库相比,目前中国智库数量不少,但具有国际影响力的屈指可数,国际传播能力和全球话语引领能力亟待提升。主要存在两方面问题:一是内容生产方面缺乏引领性概念和源发性观点;二是传播渠道方面不善于在国际上推销研究成果。因此,建议智库研究贴近现实需求,拓宽研究视野;树立国际传播观念,拓展传播渠道。
Think tank is theoretic support for international communieation and basis for external discourse system, which offers rich public-opinion reserve and affects the way one thinks and speaks. Compared with think tanks in western countries, China nowadays has quite a few think tanks but few with international influence, whose international communicative power and global discourse guiding capability are urgently promoted. The main problems exist both in lack of guiding concept and original outlook in content production and in poor promotion of research achievement in international community in communication channel. Consequently, it is suggested that think tanks research should get closer to realistic demand and enlarge research horizon; set up concept of international communication and expand communication channel.
