前列地尔、雷公藤多甙片联合治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床作用研究

Clinical Study on Alprostadil and Tripterygium Glycosides in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：探究前列地尔与雷公藤多甙片联合治疗糖尿病肾病病的疗效。方法：选取2012年12月~2014年12月来我院就诊的确诊为糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者60例,随机分为三组（对照组、前列地尔组以及前列地尔和雷公藤的联合用药组,每组20例患者,观察、记录和计算治疗前、治疗6周后、12周后24h各项指标变化、相关不良反应及各组治疗有效率。结果：治疗后所有患者尿蛋白含量较治疗前均有所降低,且两个药物治疗组效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：前列地尔与雷公藤多甙片联合用于糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疾病的治疗,效果非常明显,降低患者蛋白尿含量的同时也有效缓解了患者疾病的发展。

Objective： To explore the curative el＇feet of alprostadil combined with tripterygium glycosides in treating diabetic nephropathy disease. Methods： Dec 2012 -Dec 2014 in ember to our hospital diagnosed 60 cases of urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy patients, were randomly assigned to three groups （control group, alprostadil group and alprostadil and Tripterygium wilfordii combined treatment group, each group 20 cases of patients were observed, recorded and calculated before treatment, treatment for 6 weeks, 12 weeks after 24h changes in the indicators and related adverse reactions and each treatment efficiency. Results： All patients had lower urinary protein content than before treatment, and the effect of the two drugs was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： AIprostadil combined with Tripterygium Glycosides tablet combination for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy protein urine disease, the effect is very obvious. Lower in patients with urinary protein content at the same time also effectively alleviate the disease development.
