优质护理对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响

Quality of Nursing Care of Patients with Complications after Hip Fracture

目的:探讨优质护理模式对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症及满意程度的影响。方法:随机抽取来我院治疗的78例髋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机双盲法将其分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例),对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组行优质护理措施,观察两组患者的临床效果及满意度。结果:观察组(10.26%)术后并发症发生率明显比对照组(38.46%)低,且观察组(97.44%)的满意度优于对照组(69.23%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式能有效降低髋骨骨折患者术后并发症发生几率,提升患者的满意度和生活质量,疗效明显。

Objective： To explore the effects of complications and satisfaction with quality nursing mode for patients after hip. fracture surgery.Methods：Patients as research subjects were randomly selected from 78 cases of hip fracture in our hospital, they were randomly divided into the observation group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases）, the control group with routine nursing mode, the observation group were given high quality nursing care measures, the observation of clinical efficacy and satisfaction of two groups of patients.Result：The observation group （10.26%） postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than control group （38.46%）, and the observation group （97.44%） satisfaction is better than that of control group （69.23%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of hip fracture patients, improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, obvious curative effect.
