大孔树脂分离纯化亚麻木酚素工艺 被引量:4

Research on Separation and Purification Characteristics of Macroporous Resin for Lignan

摘要 比较树脂D4020,XAD-7HP,D315,X-5,AB-8和D301R对亚麻木酚素的静态吸附解析效果,得出AB-8树脂对亚麻木酚素的静态吸附解析效果最好。对树脂AB-8动态吸附解析条件的研究表明,最适吸附条件:上样液质量浓度1.0 mg/mL,吸附速率2 BV/h;最适解吸条件:乙醇体积分数70%,解吸速率2 BV/h,洗脱体积3BV。采用高效液相色谱法测得提取液中亚麻木酚素含量55.3 mg,计算得到亚麻木酚素纯度为66.71%。 In this paper, static adsorption properties of D4020, XAD-7HP, D315, X-5 and D301R resin for lignan from flax seed were compared, and the macroporous resin AB-8 was selected for lignan adsorption and desorption. The results of dynamic adsorption showed that the optimum feed concentration was 1.0 mg/mL, the adsorption rate was 2 BV/ h, and the optimum desorption conditions were as following: ethanol concentration 70%, desorption rate 2 BV/h and desorption ethanol volume 3.0 BV. Analyzed by HPLC, the concentration of flax lignan in the ethanol elution was 55.3 mg, and the purity of lignan was 66.71%.
