中国高铁对沿线城市旅游产业集群空间结构影响研究

The Influence of High-speed Railway on Tourism Cluster Spatial Structure in Cities Along the Railway

旅游产业集群具有资源依赖性强、企业地域空间聚集特征明显、易形成网络式发展格局、旅游企业之间存在合作竞争关系等特点。高速铁路的建设与投入运营使高铁沿线旅游资源被充分挖掘出来,使旅游市场需求变得多元化,影响了旅游景区的区位可达性与产业链条的拓展。文章通过对高速铁路沿线城市旅游产业集群"点—轴"空间结构中"轴"与"点"的选择进行分析,最终得出促进高铁沿线城市旅游产业协调发展应该从构建基于高铁沿线的区域旅游协作组织,政策引导区域旅游产业集群效应发挥与处理区域旅游的梯度发展与系统效益的关系三个方面入手。

Tourism cluster has the characteristics of strong resource dependence, clear geographic aggregation, easy to form a pattern of network development, cooperative competition, etc. High-speed railway promote the tourism market of the cities along the railway and make the tourism market demand diversity, which affected the tourism accessibility and the expansion of industry chain. This paper analyzes the choice of tourism cluster in the cities along the high-speed railway, finally it is concluded that to promote coordinated development of high-speed railway and the tourism industry in the cities along the railway we should be based on the regional tourism cooperation organization, policies to guide regional tourism industry cluster effect handling the relationship between gradient of regional tourism development and the system efficiency.
