摘要
研究了尼群地平的合成工艺条件,乙酰乙酸甲酯用氨气氨化得到β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯,产率为75.5%;苯甲醛、硝酸钠和浓硫酸反应合成3-硝基苯甲醛,产率为92.3%;β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯、3-硝基苯甲醛和乙酰乙酸乙酯进行三组分反应,合成了尼群地平,产率为61.1%.
The synthesis conditions were studied for the production of nitrendipine. Fristly, methyl 3-aminoerotonate was synthesized by ammoniation of methyl acetoaeetate using ammonia gas, the yield was 75.5%. Secondly, 3-nitrobenzaldehyde was synthesized by benzaldehyde and sodium nitrate in concentrated sulfuric acid, the yield was 92.3%. Finally, nitrendipine was synthesized by methyl 3-aminocrotonate, 3-nitrobenzaldehyde and ethyl acetoacetate, the yield was 61.1%.
