摘要
以冰醋酸和正丙醇为原料,磷钨酸为催化剂合成了乙酸丙酯.考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量以及反应时间对酯收率的影响.最佳反应条件为:乙酸为0.1 mol,丙醇与乙酸的物质的量之比1.5∶1,催化剂为0.2 g,带水剂环己烷为10 m L,反应时间为2 h,酯化率可达98%.
Propyl acetate was synthesized by glacial acetic acid and normal propyl alcohol with the catalysis of phospotungstic acid. The effects of molar ratio of alcohol to acid, the dosage of the catalyst and reaction time on yield of ester were investigated. The optimum conditions of synthesizing propyl acetate were obtained as follows : the acetic acid 0.1 mol, the molar ratio of propyl alcohol to acetic acid 1.5: 1, catalyst 0.2 g, water-carrying agent cyclohexane 10 mL,the reaction time 2 h, and the yield of esterification reached 98%.
