摘要
从河南省大、中、小学不同学段的体育教学内容、形式、组织体系入手分析了影响教学有效衔接的因素,并在调查研究的基础上提出:有效管理是体育教学有效衔接的保障;对教学改革认知准确与否是大中小学体育教学有效衔接的方向标;各学段体育课程的有效实施是大中小学衔接的核心要素;师资水平决定了衔接质量的好坏;学生的体育学习观是衔接质量的最好验证.
This article analyzes the present situation of physical education in Henan Province after the sports teaching reform and its influencing factors in schools and universities, by employing questionnaires, factor analysis, expert interviews and other research methods. The conclusions are as follows. Effective management is the guarantee of sports teaching convergence. An accurate understanding of teaching reform indicates the direction of effective convergence. Effective implementation of the physical education curricula in different stages is the core element of sports teaching convergence. Teachers' levels determine the convergence quality. Students' outlooks on sports learning can best testify the quality of convergence. Finally, the writer puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
