摘要
武汉国际博览中心洲际酒店星空会所为超大跨度重型椭球体钢连廊,其施工方案为裙房顶拼装+整体提升。对裙房顶拼装的难点进行深入研究,提出了类工厂化的拼装技术。其中,拓宽场地技术的直接和间接拓宽法解决裙房顶拼装场地狭小的难题;四牛腿式拼装胎架技术解决拼装场地承载力不足难题;自制设备研发技术解决了塔式起重机远不能满足起重吊装要求的难题。
Starry Club of Intercontinental Hotel of Wuhan International Expo Center is super long-span and heavy ellipsoid steel corridor structure. Its construction scheme was the assembly on the top of the podium and integral lifting. The authors study on the difficulties of the podium roof assembly,the similar factory assembly technology was put forward. The technology of widening field,which contained the direct and indirect widening method,solved the difficulty with narrow site for assembly. The technology of assembly jig with four corbels solved the difficulty that the capacity of assembly site was inadequate.The research and development technology of self-made equipment solved the difficulty that tower crane cannot meet the lifting requirements.
