摘要
目前的阻垢技术对采油和集输设备阻垢效果不明显。为此,通过分析结垢机理,提出了融合防锈、防腐和阻垢于一体的复合阻垢涂层多层体系,形成了加热炉换热盘管阻垢涂层新技术。以换热盘管为对象,设计阻垢涂层试验,探索阻垢涂层新技术的实际应用效果,并根据实际效果进一步改进涂料配方,完善施工工艺,最终获得性能优良的阻垢涂层技术和完善的工艺体系。长庆油田43台换热盘管的应用结果表明,该新型阻垢涂层可降低易结垢加热炉换热盘管结垢速率85%~90%,延长易结垢盘管使用寿命7倍,收益/投资达到681%。
To improve the anti?scale performance of the current anti?scale technology applied on equipment of oil production, gathering and transportation, a composite multilayer anti?scale coating system combining rust pro?tection, anti?corrosion and anti?scale is proposed based on scaling mechanism analysis, forming a new anti?scale coating technology for furnace heat exchanger coil?To test the new anti?scale coating technology performance and make further improvement in the formulation and operation process, the anti?scale coating test on the heat exchang?er coil has been designed?Application results of 43 heat exchangers coil in Changqing Oilfield show that the new an?ti?scale coating can reduce the scale rate of 85% to 90%, resulting in 7 times extended heat exchanger coil service life and investment / income up to 681%.
