体位优化法与常规法在下颌骨CT扫描中应用比较

摘要 目的:探究采用体位优化法与常规法在下颌骨CT扫描中的运用效果情况.方法:选择某院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的60例需要进行下颌骨CT扫描患者,分为观察组、对照组,各30例.对照组采用常规法进行扫描,观察组采用体位优化法进行扫描,对比两组图像质量、CT剂量加权指数、平均剂量长度乘积以及z轴扫描范围情况.结果:观察组在下颌骨图像质量评分上高于对照组,但两组差异不显著(P 〉0.05).两组在CT剂量加权指数上的差异不显著(P 〉0.05);而观察组平均剂量长度乘积显著低于对照组,差异显著(P 〈0.05);观察组下颌骨z轴扫描范围显著低于对照组,差异显著(P 〈0.05).结论:采用体位优化法相比于常规下颌骨CT扫描能够有效减少扫描长度,避开晶状体,减少CT扫描的辐射剂量,值得临床推广. Objective:To investigate the application effect of position optimization and conventional methods in mandibular CT scan.Methods:Select 60 patients needing mandibular CT scan received in some hospital during the period from February 2014 to February 2015 and divide them into observation group and control group,30 cases for each group.The control group were scanned with conventional methods while the observation group were scanned with position optimization methods.Compare the quality of image,weighted index of CT dosage,average DLP and z-axis scan field of the 2groups.Results:The score of mandible image quality in observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not obvious(P>0.05).there was no obvious difference between the 2groups in CTDI(P>0.05);the average DLP of the observation group was obviously smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);z-axis scan field of the observation group was obviously smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional methods to scan mandible,the application of position optimization can effectively shorten scan length,avoid lens and reduce the radiation dose of CT scan,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
