心脏彩超在心肌梗死中的临床应用分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Echocardiography in Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析心脏彩超在心肌梗死中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析某院50例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,将50例心肌梗死患者作为观察组,并选取同时期来我院体检中心体检的50名健康者为对照组,均进行心脏彩超检查,比较两组研究对象左心室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积和左心室射血分数情况。结果:经心脏彩超检查结果显示,观察组患者左心室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积均高于对照组(P<0.05),左心室射血分数低于对照组(P<0.05),组间经对比,差异有统计学意义。结论:心脏彩超在心肌梗死中具有中的临床应用价值,可明确显示心肌梗死患者的病理改变,准确率高,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of echocardiography in myocardial infarction.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction,50 cases of myocardial infarction patients as the observation group,and select the same period in 50 healthy persons in some hospital physical examination center as control group,were performed heart color ultrasound examination,compared two groups of left ventricular end diastolic volume shrinkage,research object end diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction.Results:The results showed by color Doppler ultrasound examination of the heart,the observation group patients with left ventricular end diastolic volume,end systolic volume was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),left ventricular ejection fraction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),by contrast,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Echocardiography in myocardial infarction has the clinical value,can clearly display the pathological changes of myocardial infarction patients,high accuracy rate,worthy of clinical popularization.
