普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on The Effect of the Aerosol Inhalation of Pulmicort Respules on Acute Infectious Iaryngitis in Infants and Children

目的:对普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床效果展开对比分析。方法:对某院58例小儿急性感染性喉炎患者展开研究,并分为治疗组和对照组,均为29例,对两组患者临床治疗效果展开对比分析。结果:对两组患者临床治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间展开对比分析,具有一定差异性,P<0.05。结论:在对小儿急性感染性喉炎患者治疗临床上普米克令舒雾化吸入方法临床效果较为理想。

Objective:To make comparative analysis on the clinical effect of the aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules on acute infectious laryngitis in infants and children with that of the aerosol inhalation of dexamethasone.Methods:58cases of child and infant patients with acute infectious laryngitis in some hospital,were divided into treatment group and control group,29 cases for each group,comparae and analysis the clinical curative effect in the 2groups.Results:To Compare the 2groups in aspects of the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,the differences can be found,P<0.05.Conclusion:When treating acute infectious laryngitis in infants and children,the aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules is an ideal method.
