全程优质护理模式对老年手术患者不良情绪的影响

An Investigation into the Effect of Whole-course High-quality Nursing Mode on Negative Emotions of Elderly Patients Undergone Geriatric Operation

目的：探讨老年手术患者实施全程优质护理对其不良情绪的影响情况.方法：选取某院于2011年4月-2014年3月收治的71例老年手术患者的临床资料,将其按照随机分组方法分为A组和B组,A 组36例患者实施常规护理措施,B组35例患者则进行全程优质护理模式,于手术前和手术后14d对两组患者实施SDS和SAS量表测评.结果：B组患者SDS和SAS量表测评结果均优于A组患者,对比具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：对老年手术患者实施全程优质护理模式可以有效缓解患者的心理压力,减轻患者的抑郁、焦虑程度,具有推广价值.

Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-course high-quality nursing on the bad mood of the elderly patients received operation.Methods:Selected the clinical data of 71 elderly patients who had undergone operation in our hospital during the period fromApril 2011 to March 2014 randomly divided them into group A and group B,the 36 patients in group A were treated with conventional nursing measures,the 35 cases in group B were treated according to whole-course high-quality nursing mode,evaluate the patients14 days before the operation and 14 days later after the operation in accordance with SDS and SAS.Results:The score of SDS and the score of SAS in group B were all better than that in the A group,to compared the2 groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of whole-course high-quality nursing to elderly patients undergone operation mode can effectively alleviate patients' psychological pressure,alleviate patients' depression,anxiety,it is worthy of popularization.
