正交试验优化脉冲磁场-电沉积Ni-TiN复合镀层工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 为改善钻井泥浆泵活塞的耐磨性能,采用脉冲磁场-电沉积方法在40Cr试件表面制备Ni-TiN复合镀层。利用磨损试验机、电子分析天平、扫描电镜、正交试验法研究并优化Ni-TiN复合镀层的制备工艺参数。结果表明,当磁场强度为0.5T时,Ni-TiN复合镀层的磨损量到达最小值0.72 mg,当阴极电流密度和占空比分别为2.2A/dm2和50%时,Ni-TiN复合镀层的磨损量达到最小值6.4 mg。脉冲磁场-电沉积Ni-TiN复合镀层的最佳工艺参数为磁场强度0.5T,电流密度2.2A/dm2,占空比40%。 In order to improve the wear resistance of pistons in drilling mud pumps,Ni-TiN composite coatings were prepared by pulse magnetic-electrodeposition method on the surface of 40 Cr pistons.The plating parameters for preparing Ni-TiN composite coatings were investigated by using abrasion machine,electronic analytical balance,scanning electron microscope,and orthogonal test.The results show that the Ni-TiN composite coating deposited at magnetic intensity of 0.5Thad the minimal wear mass loss(0.72mg).And the Ni-TiN composite coating prepared at current density of 2.2A/dm2 and on-duty ratio of 50% had the minimal wear mass loss(0.64 mg).The optimized parameters are listed as follows:magnetic intensity 0.5 T,current density2.2A/dm2 and on-duty ratio 50%.
