摘要
基于珠海市B独立学院2013届毕业生问卷调查,运用描述性统计方法,探讨该校毕业生就业状况及其存在的问题。研究发现,该校2013届毕业生就业情况不容乐观,存在起薪偏低、就业满意度低等问题。而性别、学科类型、在校成绩、干部经历、家庭背景等因素也影响到毕业生的就业质量。针对存在的问题,提出了改进建议。
Based on questionnaires answered by the 2013 graduates in a 'certain independent college' in Zhuhai,and the analysis,the employment situation of the graduates in the college as well as its problems are analyzed with the method of descriptive statistic. The study has found that the em-ployment situation of the 2013 graduates is not optimistic with problems of low starting salary,and low employment satisfaction and so on. Furthermore,gender,discipline types,school performance,class leader experience,family background and other factors also affect the employment quality of the graduates. As for the existing problems,some suggestions about how to improve are put forward in this paper.
