十八大以来,党和国家领导人多次到高校关注青年发展、关心青年成长成才,指导青年工作。共青团中央十七大的顺利召开为当前时期高校基层团组织建设指明了工作方向,指出了工作重点;高校基层团组织应时刻凝聚青春力量,通过青年学生团工作赢得广大青年,并在工作中紧紧依靠广大青年。

After the 18 th national congress of CPC, the leaders of CPC and PRC had visited to colleges repeatedly. They focused on development of the youth, concerned about the growth of youth and guided the work of the youth. The 17 th National Congress of the Central Communist Youth League have convened, which indicated the direction of building Universities from grassroots organization nowadays and points out the key work. The grassroots organization university must agglomerate the strength of the youth, win and rely on the majority of young people by young students working group.
