肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的动态变化及在不同标本间的差异性研究

Study on resistance dynamic changes of Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter baumannii and differences among different specimens

目的:研究肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的动态变化及在不同标本间的差异性。方法:选择收集的血液、胸水、痰、尿液等各类标本。通过药敏试验和细菌分离,对可疑菌落进行鉴定。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分离株数在3年内呈现出逐年增加的趋势,抗菌药物的耐药率表现为下降的趋势;肺炎克雷伯菌的临床分离株数在3年内呈现出逐年增加的趋势,抗菌药物的耐药率表现为下降的趋势,ICU和呼吸内科标本中分离的肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性均有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性因不同的情况而出现动态变化,以及在不同标本间也存在差异。

Objective：To investigate resistance dynamic changes of Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter baumannii, and difference among different specimens. Methods：All kinds of specimens were selected, including blood, pleural fluid, sputum, urine and the like. Through the drug sensitive test and bacteria isolation, the suspected colonies were identified. Results：The clinical sepa-rated Acinetobacter baumannii strains and Klebsiella pneumonia strains increased year by year in the three years;however, their antibi-otic resistances decreased year by year in the three years. There were significant differences in the resistances of the specimens of the ICU and department of respiratory medicine （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter baumannii resistances will be dynamically changed because of different conditions, and could be different among different specimens.
