31例自发性血气胸患者的临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis of 31 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax

目的:探讨自发性血气胸患者早期诊断和治疗的经验。方法:选取自发性血气胸患者31例,在明确诊断后给予内科和(或)外科综合治疗。结果:内科综合治疗患者治愈26例,外科急诊手术治疗患者治愈5例。31例患者全部治愈,总治愈率100%。结论:凡确诊为自发性血气胸,积极采用内科综合治疗,可取得显著疗效。

Objective:To explore experience of early diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous hemopneumothorax. Methods:31 cases definitely diagnosed as spontaneous hemopneumothorax were given medical and/or surgical comprehensive treatment. Results:26 cases were cured with internal medicine comprehensive treatment, while 5 cases were cured with surgical emergency operation, indi-cating that 31 cases were all cured, and the total cure rate was 100%. Conclusions:For those diagnosed as spontaneous hemopneumo-thorax, the internal medicine comprehensive treatment should be actively adopted in order to achieve significant treatment efficacy.
