宫颈癌组织中ABCG2与CD133的表达对预后的影响分析

Effect of Expression of ABCG2 and CD133 on the Prognosis of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌组织中ABCG2与CD133的表达对预后的影响。方法将200例宫颈癌病患设为实验组,同期收治的100例宫颈内瘤变患者和100例正常患者分别作为对照A组和作对照B组,统计比较3组患者宫颈病变组织中ABCG2与CD133表达水平,并统计实验组3、12、24个月生存期及预后情况。结果 3组患者标本ABCG2、CD133阳性表达率分别为:实验组69.5%、67.0%,对照A组33.0%、32.0%,对照B组18.0%、16.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除生存期3个月ABCG2或CD133的表达阳性组与阴性组组间差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),12个月、24个月ABCG2或CD133的表达阳性组与阴性组组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着阳性程度增加,远期生存率降低,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中ABCG2或CD133的表达阳性可影响患者预后生存率,随着阳性表达程度增加,远期生存率降低。

Objective To investigate the effect of expression of ABCG2 and CD133 on the prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods 200 cases of cervical cancer patients was the experimental group,and 100 cases of cervical neoplasia patients and 100normal patients were group A and group B. The expression of ABCG2 and CD133 in the 3 groups were compared,and 3-,12-,24-month survival and prognosis of the experimental group were recorded. Results Positive expression rates of ABCG2,CD133 were as follows: 69. 5%,67. 0% in the experimental group,33. 0%,32. 0% in the control group A,18. 0%,16. 0% in the control group B,and there were statistically significant differences between groups( P < 0. 05). The 3-month expression of ABCG2 or CD133 positive and negative groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05),but 12-month,24-month expression of ABCG2 or CD133 positive and negative groups had significant difference( P < 0. 05). With the increase of positive degree,the long-term survival reduced,the results were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Positive expression of ABCG2 or CD133 may affect survival prognosis in cervical cancer,with the increase of positive expression,long-term survival is reduced.
