105例胃上部癌的预后分析

The Prognostic Ananlysis of 105 Cases of Upper Third Gastric Cancer

目的探讨胃上部癌术后预后的影响因素。方法对105例胃上部癌患者行开腹D2手术,观察术后5年生存率。结果 105例胃上部癌患者1、3、5年生存率为88.57%,53.33%,43.81%。TNM分期、区域淋巴结转移个数、病灶大小、浸润深度及进展期术后化疗次数与其预后相关(P<0.05)。结论胃上部癌术后预后主要影响因素是TNM分期、区域淋巴结转移个数、病灶大小、浸润深度以及进展期术后化疗次数。

Objective To investigate the related prognostic factors of upper third gastric cancer( UTG). Methods 5-year survival rates of 105 UTG patients who received D2 resection were observed. Results Of the 105 cases,1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates were 88. 57%,53. 33% and 43. 81%,respectively. TNM stage,number of regional lymph node metastasis,tumor size,depth of invasion and perioperative chemotherapy were related prognostic factors( P < 0. 05). Conclusion TNM stage,number of regional lymph node metastasis,tumor size,depth of invasion and perioperative chemotherapy are closely related to the prognosis of UTG.
