综合疗养干预措施对涉核官兵抗氧化能力的效果研究

Study on the effects of comprehensive recuperation intervention measures onantioxidant capacity among nucleus-related officers and soldiers

目的研究综合疗养干预措施对涉核官兵机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法将60名涉核疗养官兵随机均分为干预组和非干预组,另选取非涉核疗养官兵30人作为对照组。非干预组、对照组均按常规方法疗养,干预组则在常规疗养基础上施加膳食调整、营养补充、心理疏导等综合疗养干预措施。检测分析各组淋巴细胞增殖活性、脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量、红细胞溶血度、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等指标。结果疗养前干预组和非干预组间各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗养后,干预组的平均MDA含量和红细胞溶血度较非干预组显著降低,而T-AOC和淋巴细胞增殖活性则显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性疗养干预措施可减轻氧化损伤,提高涉核官兵机体的抗氧化能力。

Objective T o study the effects of com prehensive recuperation intervention m easures on antioxidant ca-pacity am ong nucleus-related officers and soldiers.Methods 60 nucleus-related officers and soldiers w ere random ly di-vided into intervention group and non-intervention group ,and another non-nucleus-related 30 officers and soldiers w ere selected to be a control group .T he non-intervention group and the control group w ere given conventional recuperation , w hile the intervention group w ere given additional com prehensive recuperation intervention m easures such as diet ad-justm ent,nutritional supplem ent,and psychological counseling.The indicators of lym phocyte proliferative activity,M D A content,erythrocyte hem olysis degree,and total antioxidant capacity （T-A O C ）w ere detected and analyzed .Results T he differences of the indicators betw een the intervention group and the non-intervention group before recuperation had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.B ut com pared w ith the control group,the differences of both groups show ed statistical significance （P〈0 .05 ）.A fter recuperation ,the average M D A content and erythrocyte hem olysis degree in the interven-tion group w ere rem arkably low er than those in the non-intervention group ,w hile T-A O C and lym phocyte proliferative activity rem arkably increased ,w ith the difference of statistical significance （P〈0 .05 ）.Conclusion C om prehensive recuperation intervention m easures can alleviate oxidative dam age and increase the antioxidant capacity of organism am ong nucleus-related officers and soldiers.
