This paper briefly describes the life journey and historical achievements of President Peng Kang, which also comments on President Peng Kang as one of the founders and representatives of Xi＇an Jiaotong University. President Peng has always been remembered by people of Xi＇an Jiaotong University due to his political integrity and professional competence. Dating from the history, he had become the soul of this university who has always been enjoying admiration and respect. People of Xi＇an Jiaotong University should create their future with the direction of the spirit of President Peng.
