Synthesis of Methoxy Acetone From 1-Methoxy-2-propanol via Liquid Phase Selective Oxidation Reaction With VPO Catalysts

摘要 采用水热法制备混合价态的钒磷氧催化剂,并对其进行x射线衍射仪表征。以H2O2为氧化剂,考察该催化剂对1-甲氧基-2-丙醇催化氧化合成1-甲氧基-2-丙酮的催化活性,通过实验,确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间7 h,1-甲氧基-2-丙醇1 m L,催化剂0.1 g,H2O2 15.2 m L时,1-甲氧基-2-丙醇转化率为86.9%,1-甲氧基-2-丙酮选择性为33.2%及收率为20.7%。 Mixed-valences vanadium phosphate catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, and the catalysts were characterized by XRD. The oxidation of 1-methoxy-2-propanol to methoxy acetone catalyzed by vanadium phosphate was studied, using H2O2 as oxidant. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 7 h, 1-methoxy-2-propanol 1 ml, catalyst 0.1 g, H2O2 15.2 ml. Under above conditions, 1-methoxy-2-propanol conversion can reach to 86.9%, methoxy acetone yield and selectivity are 20.7% and 33.2%, respectively.
