摘要
用氯甲酸正丁酯、硫氰酸钠和醇为原料,合成丁氧羰基硫氨酯并通过浮选试验对比了丁氧羰基硫氨酯与丁基黄药、Aero-5100等药剂的性能差异。通过考察我们确定了丁氧羰基异硫氰酸酯合成条件:催化剂用量为0.8%,反应温度为8℃,硫氰酸钠与氯甲酸正丁酯的比例为1.1:1。浮选对比实验表明,丁氧羰基硫氨酯是硫化铜矿的良好捕收剂。
o-Isobutyl-N-butoxycarbonyl thiocarbamate was synthesized with butyl chloroformate,sodium thiocyanate and 2-methyl-1-propanol as raw materials. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: the dosage of catalyst 0.8%,reaction temperature 8 ℃, the ratio of sodium thiocyanate and butyl chloroformate 1.1:1. The flotation test shows that o-isobutyl-N-butoxycarbonyl thiocarbamate is the best collector for copper sulfide.
