Analysis & Precautions on Harmful Factors of CTEG Production Process

煤制乙二醇生产过程中存在的危险化学品及高温、高压的运行状态等,极易发生着火、爆炸、人员中毒、高温烫伤等危害[1]。本文主要从物料、设备的危险性等方面分析了煤制乙二醇生产过程中的危险因素,同时提出了安全防范措施,从本质上保护职工和装置的安全。

There are hazardous chemicals, high temperature and pressure operations in the production process of coal to ethylene glycol（hereinafter referred to as CTEG）,which may cause various damages,such as fire,explosion,personnel poisoning, and so on. In this paper, harmful factors of CTEG production process were analyzed from the aspects of dangerous characteristics of materials, main equipments and so on. The precautions were put forward to ensure the safety and health of workers.
