摘要
针对不同直径的含横向的裂纹转轴,在相同材质、相同细长比、且裂纹深度与半径之比相同的情况下,依据断裂力学中的应力强度因子和能量释放率理论,并采用Padopoulos的柔度系数矩阵,运用数值计算方法分别计算两根轴的裂纹处局部柔度系数,进而得知裂纹轴整体刚度矩阵。最后通过整理采集在裂纹深度与半径比逐渐增大的过程中的柔度系数、刚度系数,得到两根尺寸的裂纹转轴在每个裂纹深度的刚度变化曲线。
Aiming at the rotating shafts with different diameter and transverse crack, under the condition of the same material, the same slender ratio and the same ratio of crack depth to radius, according to the theory of the stress intensity factor and energy release rate in fracture mechanics, using the flexibility coefficient matrix of Padopoulos,the flexibility coefficient of cracked part of two rotors with different size was respectively calculated by using the numerical method, the whole stiffness matrix of the cracked shaft was obtained. Finally, through sorting the flexibility coefficient and stiffness coefficient with the increasing of the ratio of crack depth to radius, the stiffness curves of two cracked shafts under each crack depth were gotten.
