摘要 煤制乙二醇技术是国家"八五"、"九五"重点科技攻关项目。新乡永金是河南能源和通辽金煤合资成立的五家乙二醇项目的其中之一。乙二醇沸点197.5℃,利用普通的精馏工艺会存在能源的较大浪费和高温的危险性,本套精馏系统采用的是负压操作。新乡永金精馏系统由无油立式真空泵保证负压的建立和维持,在乙二醇精馏工艺中起着较为重要的作用。本文主要介绍了该工艺真空泵的基本操作和常见问题的分析及处理措施。 Coal-to-ethylene glycol technology is the national key scientific research project of "the eighth five-year plan" and "the ninth five-year plan".Xinxiang Yongjin Company is a joint venture company of Henan energy Company and Tongliao Jinmei Company, Xinxiang Yongjin Company is one of five companies that carry out the coal-to-ethylene glycol project in China. Glycol’s boiling point is 197.5 ℃, using ordinary distillation process can waste a lot of energy and can form the danger of high temperature scald, this set of distillation system adopts the negative pressure operation to reduce the operating temperature and save a lot of heat. In Xinxiang Yongjin Company, the oil-free vertical vacuum pump is used to form and maintain the negative pressure of distillation system, the pump plays a more important role in ethylene glycol distillation. In this paper, basic operation and common problems of the vacuum pump were introduced, and treatment measures were put forward.
