F370密炼机混炼室锁紧斜面现场焊补

摘要 根据进口F370密炼机卸料装置的结构、锁紧斜面与下顶栓配合精度和技术要求,结合锁紧斜面磨损程度的检测结果及在结构母材上堆焊合金金属与下顶栓配合面金属间相互磨擦、挤压的受力特点,把现场施工的实际状况和维修成本进行综合分析,确定混炼室锁紧斜面的堆焊修复工艺方案。通过对F370密炼机混炼室锁紧斜面现场堆焊修复,锁紧斜面与下顶栓配合精度达到设备装配技术要求,设备负荷试车检验满足工艺生产需求。 Based on the structure of imported F370 mixer discharger, fitting accuracy and technical requirements of locking ramp and lower ram, combined with test results of locking ramp wearness, and mutual friction and squeezing mechanical characteristics between surfacing alloy on the base material and metal on the lower ram, this paper analyzes the actual situation and maintenance costs of on-site construction, determines surfacing repair process scheme of mixing chamber locking ramp. After the site surfacing of F370 mixer mixing chamber locking ramp, the fitting accuracy of locking ramp and lower ram reaches the technical requirements, and equipment load test meets production needs.
