推拿与旦助阳暮益阴治法的助阳效应研究

摘要 目的研究"旦助阳暮益阴"治法的疗效,观察振揉关元穴和三阴交穴的补阳效应。方法分别观察A组(中药旦助阳暮益阴),B组(推拿旦助阳暮益阴)和C组(传统补阳法)3种方法对阳虚大鼠模型的基础体温、体温日节律、体质量及耐寒生存时间等指标的影响。结果 "旦助阳暮益阴"治法与传统补阳法均能促使阳虚大鼠症状改善:基础体温升高,体质量增加和耐寒生存时间延长。结论 "旦助阳暮益阴"治法恢复阳虚大鼠日体温节律的作用优于传统补阳法,平旦振揉关元和日暮振揉三阴交,旦助阳暮益阴药与传统补阳方药具有同样补阳功效,提示"旦助阳暮益阴"治法同样能指导推拿。 Objective Study on treatment of “warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening”through ob-servation of vibrating method on Guanyuan (RN 4 ) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6 ) .Methods Divide yang-deficient rats into three groups ,which are group A(warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening with Chinese herbal medicine) , group B(warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening with tuina) and group C(warming yang with tradi-tional method ) .Observe basal body temperature (BBT ) ,body temperature rhythm at day time ,weight and cold-resistant sur-vival time .Results Both treatments of ‘warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening’ and traditional warming yang method can improve symptoms of yang-deficient rats in following aspects:increase BBT ,weight and extend cold-resistant survival time .Conclusion The treatment of“warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening”shows better result than traditional warming yang method in helping rats to regain body temperature rhythm at day time . Method of vibrating and kneading Guanyuan (RN 4 ) in the morning and Sanyinjiao (SP 6 ) in the evening and herbal medicine treatment of“warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening”have same effect in warming yang as traditional warming yang medicine ,meaning the principle of “warming yang in the morning and nourishing yin in the evening”can be a guidance for tuina as well .
