推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症

Treatment of infantile anorexia with massage

目的探讨中医推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2014年6月于我院诊治的胃虚弱型厌食症的患儿147例,其中男84例,女63例。采用中医推拿疗法对小儿进行推拿按摩,观察患儿体内微量元素含量、D-木糖的吸收情况、不良反应及临床疗效。结果治疗后厌食症患儿的总体有效率达94.56%(139/147),治疗后患儿铁、锌、钙微量元素含量提高(P<0.01),镁、铜元素含量明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后D-木糖吸收率为(16.02±2.98)%、(20.11±3.16)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间2例患儿背部出现红肿,未出现其他不良反应。结论中医推拿疗法能够改善厌食等相关症状,促进消化吸收,提高患儿抗病能力,有效治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症。

Objective To explore the clinical study on the treatment of infantile anorexia with Chinese traditional massage . Methods One hundred and forty-seven cases of patients with infantile anorexia in our hospital from January 2013~June 2014 were chosen ,of which 84 were male and 63 were female .The children were received massage ,and the content of trace elements ,the absorption rate of D-xylose ,the adverse reactions were observed .Results The overall effective ratein thetreatment of children with anorexia reached 94 .56% （139/147 ） .After the treatment ,the content offerrum （Fe ） ,zinc （Zn） ,calcium （Ca） improved （ P〈0 .01） ,while the content of Mg and Cu decreased significantly （ P〈0 .05） .Before and after treatment ,the absorption rate of D-xylose were （16 .02 ± 2 .98 ）% ,（20 .11 ± 3 .16 ）% ,the difference is statistically significant （ P〈0 .05 ） ,there were no other adverse reactions including 2 cases of redness .Conclusion It’s effective and safe to treat infantile anorexia with chinese traditional massage ,which is improving the symptoms of anorexia ,digestion and absorption ,promoting the ability of disease resistance .
