摘要
金代县学兴建的资金主要来自私人募集。聘请教师、招收学员也都由地方负责,与府学、州学不同,县学更多地带有私人性质。其发展历程可分为金初萌芽期、海陵王至章宗朝的兴盛期及金末衰落期。金代县学在改善地方风气、促进社会阶层流动两方面起到了巨大作用。但是由于国家财政投入不足,而且缺乏相关法律法规进行约束,金代县学还存在许多不足之处。
The county school construction funds mainly came from private placements in Jin Dynasty. The employment of teachers and the recruit of students,were in the charge of the local government. Different Fuxue,the county school has dmore private properties. Its development process can be divided into： the embryonic period of Jin Dynasty,the flourishing period from Hailing to Zhangzong,and the decline period of Jin. The county school in Jin played a tremendous role in improving local atmosphere and promoting the social mobility. Due to the lack of government investment,relevant laws and regulations,there were still many deficiencies in Jin county school.
